He found the car we were interested in and was able to get it shipped from another Jarrett Gordon Ford dealership. He went above and beyond to get this specific vehicle just so we could look and test drive it. Saved us from having to travel to one of the sister Jarrett Gordon Ford dealerships. At no time did Vadim ever try to push a package, model etc during this shopping experience. We appreciated that!! I checked availability on a specific vehicle with this dealer. A sales person called me back and gave me out the door pricing. This was a giant leap of faith on their behalf. I explained I had a trade-in which I could not immediately show as I was 100 miles away from the dealership. Although the original inquired vehicle was not available, the manager did produce an alternative which I eventually agreed to. After all said and done, sales rep Mary, was very attentive and transparent while her team mates worked together to make this a smooth and easy transaction. Great teamwork resulting in great value. I was very happy with the sales experience. The price advertised on their website was the actual asking price without a bunch of fine print and special restrictions. I was able to begin the buying process online. When it came time to take delivery, the dealership agreed to pick me up from home (1hr drive) with the courtesy vehicle. In the process of finalizing the purchase, the finance manager found a better deal than my preferred lender which cut my interest rate almost in half and saved me a lot of money in finance charges. I drove home feeling very satisfied with the purchase experience.

I recently Purchased a 2026 Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven. We have been looking for a truck with a fifth wheel, capable of pulling a big camper. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were met by a knowledgeable salesman and we explained in detail what our needs were for this truck. The salesman proceeded to find the truck we were looking for in a matter of minutes and brought it back to us for our review. Once we crawled into the truck and explored all of the options that the truck had to offer and the beautiful avalanche color, we knew this was the truck we were looking for. From the salesman to the manager / sales manager, I have never met more professional people at any car dealership in my entire life. They actually treat you like family and even the follow up calls from the front desk make you feel like you’re welcome at their dealership. My service advisor and the technician did an amazing job fixing my tire due to a nail jammed in my tire. The advisor took all my information and informed me that there maybe a little wait, but would take care of my concern right away. The absolutely loved the video that was sent my by the technician of the progress of my tire repair. I was also informed of another issue with my filter. Definitely dirty and needed replacement. Also, did a quick check of the overall vehicle. Appreciate the thoroughness of the staff. I was notified by text that my vehicle was completed and ready for pick up.

He offered to find a different model or color to meet my needs. The entire team was very professional and low pressure. Car buying is one of the most stressful events, but the Jarrett-Gordon team made it possible. I love my Nautilus and feel I made the right decision.

I recently purchased a vehicle and traded in my car here, and I want to specifically commend my salesperson, Mary. She was absolutely fantastic, welcoming, and the best part of my experience. Because of her dedication, I chose to stick with this dealership after two previous unsuccessful visits where we were ignored for 15-20 minutes upon walking in.Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was highly disappointing. The financing department was unhelpful on multiple occasions and did not seem to support Mary in finalizing the sale. Furthermore, upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I discovered it was not detailed, there were three cracks in the windshield, and the trunk had active water leaks. Given that this was our third attempt at doing business here, I expected the team to go above and beyond, but the overall lack of attention to detail was incredibly frustrating.

Just purchased a 2025 Ford Lightning Flash. Probably the most painless vehicle purchase I've had in 60 years of buying cars and trucks. Vehicle price was excellent, and trade value was as fair as it gets. We were in and out in about 2 hours.

I went to Ford in Winter Haven, Florida. I was here on vacation from Hickory, North Carolina. I had to have my auto restart battery replaced. My experience was better than at my hometown. I liked that the service manager kept me update and was perfessional. I also liked that there was a coffee machine, drinks and snacks in the lobby. I think all Ford dealership should have those things in lobby. I would go back if I needed ro and was on vacation in the area.

Service is performed at the Lincoln dealership next door while fire damage under repair at Ford. All work done as promised, no complaints there. Only surprise was I was told I required a new battery. The dealership had replaced that very battery less than six months before for over $300. They agreed it was covered under the replacement guarantee, no problem. The issue is why? To me it;s the voltage regulator program not allowing full recharge. I am investigating.

Transparent and honest. Michael (Mike) was able to answer all of my questions over the phone with text and talk. He did not waste my time, nor his. He made sure the truck was still available, checked the pricing, and gave me the out the door estimate. It was over an hour drive for me and well worth it. While I was working on financing, he got my bluetooth set up and made sure I was comfortable to drive home in style! Working with Jeff on the financing went really smooth. We discussed several options. He took the time to understand my thoughts on payment and provided me the best options he had available while I worked on my own financing. He gave me space and time to make some phone calls. Ended up going with Ford financing! Most importantly, over the whole experience, I didn't once feel like I was making a mistake (good vibes). Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Melodious music, very chill atmosphere. Victoria Wills offered a seamless and relaxed car buying experience. Victoria was not pushy, she did not try to sell me anything I didnt want and my favorite part about her is that she was willing to learn as we went along. Very graceful and open minded and it felt like I was car shopping with a friend. The entire experience was stress free and filled with laughs. People associate car buying as an all day adventure filled with negotiations and that was not the case. Everyone was so comfortable that we didnt want to leave! Even working with the Sales Manager Mike D and Tim V the Finance Guy they stayed late to seal the deal and I left with exactly what I wanted and happy. I would certainly recommend anybody thats in the market for a vehicle no matter the brand to meet with this team at this dealership. Just go you will not be disappointed.

My experience with Jarrett-Gordon Ford was spectacular, mainly due to the hard work of my salesman Victor Ballesteros to make this a quick, seamless, and remarkably easy purchasing process. The dealer was even working to deliver my vehicle, but to make my pre-approval lender happy I came in, which was great cause I got to see the hard work of the detail Victor setup before I signed for my brand new F150. I really can’t say enough how painless this experience was, no gotchas in the finance office, no gotchas at the sales table, what Jarrett-Gordon presented to me initially was what I saw out the door. Just had my 2022 F150 serviced for some recalls along with replacing my battery. The service was about the best I’ve had a a dealership. Have bought and serviced two truck from a Ford dealer in Tampa and there’s is no comparison with the exceptional service Jarret Gordon provided. They picked up my truck from my job twice and as promised which was a very nice surprise. This is my new place for service and for when it’s time for a new truck again. Truthfully had a great experience with our salesperson Ryan and the rest of the team that helped us with the purchase of my 2024 Maverick. I haven’t had a great experience with most dealerships, but we went in Saturday July 27th and Ryan and the team were so kind and welcoming. Even joked with my husband about video games and computers. I truly enjoyed this experience and it didn’t help that the whole experience took 3 hours. Thank yall for our purchase!

Caitlin in service was able to get my vehicle in for a warranty issue and set me up with a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. The service department was able to correct the issue I was having with the broncos transmission and so far seems to be good now. I traveled to use this dealership because non of my local ford dealerships were able to schedule a loaner vehicle for me. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for any service needs and I recommend them.

I can’t say enough good about this place. I wanted to upgrade my Jeep and they had a Gladiator I wanted. we worked with Manny and he made it so easy and seamless. This was seriously one of the smoothest transactions for a vehicle I’ve done. The finance guy (so sorry I forgot his name) was very sweet and fast. He had us done before our 2 year old got bored. Manny was also great with our toddler and had crayons and a coloring books. Love my new vehicle and love the guys here. The battery for our work 150 Hybrid truck was dead this morning. As this was unexpected, and we were meeting a client/patient later in the day we called their mobile service department. They send a technician within 30 minutes and within 40 minutes the new battery was installed perfectly! Fast and great service from the mobile service department, highly recommend to all Ford and Lincoln owners!

I wish there was a way that I could give your dealership 10 stars. I am a former Ford employee. I had a recall preformed on my car last year and the part failed today on my way to work, I was stuck at Wawa with my disabled car so I reached out to Ford customer service and was informed that I would need to return to the dealership who originally provided the service for my recall. I was almost 100 miles away from the dealership and I would not make it back in time before they closed for the weekend as they are not open on the weekends. I stopped by here on my way back to see if maybe I could get my car fixed as I didn’t feel comfortable knowing it could become disabled again. I was greeted by so many smiling people here after I parked my car where I knew I should not have but I was in fear that I couldn’t get my car to go into reverse again. I was greeted by Dorian in the parts department. He was able to tell me they had the part in stock and would check with the service department if it would be something that could be completed today so I would not be stranded. I was then greeted by the service manager, Kevin and Alicia my advisor. Kevin told Alicia my situation and moved mountains to help get my repair covered and I was able to travel home safe and for that, I cannot thank you enough. Your kindness is so refreshing and appreciated. This world needs more people like Dorian, Kevin and Alicia. Thank you for the amazing service experience, Jarrett Gordon Ford. You are wonderful :-)

Buying a new vehicle can be stressful, intimidating or honestly just confusing at times but thankfully none of that was the case for us with our experience at Jarret-Gordon Ford. The entire staff and team knowledgeable, honesty and straightforward with everything. Victoria Wills was our sales person for the 3 trucks we got for our business and she was incredible through the entire process! As was Joe over in finance when it came time to sign all the paperwork. Coolant Service on 03/25 Car running hot after service, no way to work. No one can help me until Monday. 03/30, unexcusable for a large dealership. Tire rotation & balancing perfect.

Was told that I was to wait for repairs only to be left without transportation and told it might be days. Bad enough they inflated prices and lied on loan application

The service department recommended a 32,000 service on my 2014 Ford focus. Cars worth about $7,000 I'm not going to put $32,000 of repairs into it

I traded on a van on 10/4/24. My sales contract was Vadim Petrov. After a test drive, we negotiated and settled on an agreeable price in 5-10 minutes. An outright purchase.at $30,000. + deal. The deal was approved by sales manager Mike D’Amelia. From the beginning I insisted on the sale contingent on having 2 key fobs. Mr Petrov & D’Amelia we’re aware of this. The car I traded in had 3 key fobs. I’ve lived in St Augustine for 3.5 years. In this time I’ve purchased- outright- 2 cars, 3 pickups, & 2 RVs. I’ve had key fob issues before. I demand 2 key fobs. The dealerships have provided them, until JarrettGordon. They made me sign a form stating- nothing owed by Jarrett Gordon. At that time it was true. When I go to leave, I only get 1 Key Fob. Mr Petrov said he would call the seller. Since this has happened I’ve emailed Petrov 3 times with no reply. I’ve called, refused to pick up, or call back. Talked with Mr D’Amelia yesterday, brought him up to speed on my no key fob, & Mr Petrov refusing to respond. He’d check it out , and have someone call me back. Well, no return call. I’m waiting for my programmed key fob. I’ve reached out to Jarrett Gordon, no response. Second issue. After getting home I realized there is a leaking wheel seal. The carfax had said new tires & brakes. It would be impossible for you to do these repairs, and not be aware of the bad wheel seal. From Bozard Ford the key fob is $308.90 , the wheel seal was $226.29. Please provide me with the programmed key fob. Or send a check for $535.49. Reach out and fix your mistake. Chas J Roe
