We got this great '26 Mustang convertible with the help of Ken Ramka at Jarrett Gordon Ford - Lincoln. AND we also used the bodyshop 3 times for body repair for both Ford, VW and Honda models over the past 15 years here in Winter Haven.
We had the best experience shopping for our new Mustang GT at Jarrett Gordon Ford in Winter Haven. We worked with the perfect Sales Rep- Vadim Petrov. After discussing performance options, we discovered that Vadim was extremely knowledgeable and a fellow Mustang enthusiast! He listened carefully to our wants and never pushed any model on us. He truly took the time to help us find our perfect new Mustang GT w/Performance Pack car. He found the car we were interested in and was able to get it shipped from another Jarrett Gordon Ford dealership. He went above and beyond to get this specific vehicle just so we could look and test drive it. Saved us from having to travel to one of the sister Jarrett Gordon Ford dealerships. At no time did Vadim ever try to push a package, model etc during this shopping experience. We appreciated that!! We traded in our F-150 truck with zero hassle and drove off in a new, very menacing looking GT!! Thank you for exceptional customer service Vadim.
